Terms and Conditions

Since the return of a framed (and glazed) painting would be difficult to arrange we expect framed, original paintings to be collected from David Birtwhistle’s Worcester studio when purchased, so returns are unlikely to be necessary.  No returns are possible unless agreed in advance.

The copyright of all images remains the property of the artist, David Birtwhistle, unless other arrangements are agreed.  Licence to copy may be granted by prior agreement only.  A digital copy of each image is retained to allow reproduction.

Please note that there is no VAT to pay on purchases of David Birtwhistle’s paintings or prints.
